Redfish or Ocean Perch

(Sebastes Mentella / Sebastes Fasciatus)

Harvested from the cold, clean waters of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and Laurentian Channel. A sweet, mild-tasting fish which turns opaque white when cooked, enjoyed whole, skin-on fillets or breaded fillets.
